Paint & bondo stripped.
Thickness of filler.
Trial fit of wheel well.
POR-15 applied & quarter drop brace removed.
New drop brace fabricated to replace rusty orginal brace.
Wheel well final fit & welding.
Trial fit of new quarter skin.
Cutting old quarter so new quarter will lay down flush.
Quarter panel fully tack welded.
Butt welding quarter panel.
Backside of weld shows excellent penatration.
Completed welding with minamal warpage ready for straightening.
Ground & straightened ready for glaze.
Glazed & sanded.
Old quarter cut off ready for clean up & trial fit of wheel well.
Trial fit of new quarter skin.
POR-15 applied to new wheel well & inner structure.
New quarter skin tacked in place.
